Delivery times
We are committed to shipping within 48 hours of receiving payment. Deliveries in Italy are made within 1-2 working days (with the exception of particular periods of the year such as Christmas, Easter and Black Friday, please also remember that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays) except for disadvantaged areas and smaller islands. In Europe, deliveries take approximately 2-6 days and in the USA 20-25 days from the date of the order.
Insured shipping
Your orders are shipped within one business day of order confirmation or receipt of payment for advance bank transfers for all products available in stock. All our wines will be transported with suitable packaging and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage or loss during transport of the order, at no additional cost to the buyer. If you happen to receive packages that are obviously damaged, collect only the intact ones and send back the damaged ones: we will take care of returning the damaged packages, replacing them and sending you new ones. In the event that damaged products are out of stock, we will contact you to offer you replacement products or alternatively we will refund you what you paid.
Customer Service
You will be kept updated throughout the transaction. From the moment the product is sent, you will receive a tracking code for the product and the web address where you can follow the tracking of your shipment online. Delivery will take place during office hours on weekdays, therefore we suggest you enter a delivery address where there is always someone available to collect the goods at this time (for example your office, the concierge, a neighbor or a shop you trust). The courier will try to deliver twice, in case of absence on the first attempt you will be contacted (usually by email) directly by the courier to agree on the day and time slot (morning-afternoon) for the second delivery attempt. Deliveries are not made to PO boxes.
